I. Specifications of HSL-BK Type£º
The Flat-Plate Solar Collector is let the sun shining on the surface of the absorber plate through a high absorptivity coating, the temperature of the absorber plate goes up after absorb the solar radiation energy .And then transfer the heat to the medium inside the heat collector let the temperature of it goes up, and regard it as a useful carrier to output useful energy.
The high-efficiency flat-plate solar collector of Hua Shenglong including four parts, absorber plate ,cover plate, insulating layer and shell.
Absorber plate cores£ºAdopted by advanced laser welding and with imported blue sputtering coating to achieve higher effiency.(Imported from Blue-Tech Germany).
Optical properties£º The blue sputtering coating is a kind of selective coating. It has a high absorptivity of solar shortwave radiation . Its absorptivity is 97% ¡À 2%, and the emissivity is 5%¡À 2%, at the same time, it also has stable physical property.
Shell£º The shell was made of marine grade in aluminum alloy plate (0.7 mm) and shaped once, the edge is adopt in aluminum alloy layering, and the hight is 80mm.
Glass Cover-plate£º It is a low iron float glass also solar delicated (3.2mm).It has high heat resistance, i***ct resistance and the ability to reduce heat loss against infrared thermal radiation .It also has more than 91% of high light transmittance.
Insulating layer£º It is made of glass fibre (80©L) and lateral insulation cotton.
